Raw Vegan Cinnamon Raisin Granola Bar

Ingredients
- 1 cup of raw sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp of raw chia seeds
- 1 tbsp of raw sesame seeds
- ⅓ cup of raw pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- ⅓ cup of sun-dried raisins
- 2 tbsp of raw & local creamed wildflower honey
- (or alternative sweetener)
- 1 pinch of himalayan sea salt
- 1 pinch of saigon cinnamon
- 3 tbsp of raw flax meal
- 3 tbsp of water
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Line small cookie sheet with parchment paper for easy clean up, and spread mixture evenly over parchment paper.
- Put in dehydrator at 105 degrees for 4 hours.
- Flip mixture onto mesh sheet and use a knife to draw where you want to cut the granola bars for easier separation.
- Let it sit in the dehydrator for another 4 hours or until desired dryness.
- When done, gently break apart into bars.
